Photograph DescriptionIn August of 2025, The Fairfield Metro Little League team returned after a trip to the Little League Word Series, securing a third place victory. Upon returning to Fairfield, the community gathered at the gazebo and watched as they were escorted down the Post Road on top a Fire Truck. The town leaders waited on the gazebo to greet them as the fans swarmed the team for autographs! On this particular day, they were the biggest celebrities Fairfield has ever seen.
