Charlie is a 19-year-old guy who came to us as a foster first and now is a member of our family! He is super sweet and loves being around people. If he hears us talking in another room, he comes right in and puts himself in the middle of the conversation! If you don't pet him enough or if he just wants attention, he reaches out and gives a little tap tap on your arm! He's pretty vocal when he wants snacks and will steal your seat if you get up from the sofa. He has made himself right at home with us! If only he could talk, his eyes are so expressive, and no doubt, he would have a lot to say!
