My son Trevor wanted a Chihuahua when he was younger and a friend told me there was one at the Fayette County Dog Shelter. Sure enough, there she was. She was apparently apprehended with a couple of other dogs running the streets of Washington CH. The rest is history. As you can see, Lupe enjoys spending time in the pool.
