Meet Millie, my 5-ish-year-old rescue dog. I adopted her from a high-kill shelter in December 2020, and from the moment she walked into my life, she’s been my constant. She’s a funny little mix of 25% Miniature Schnauzer, 20% Siberian Husky, and 2-5% of a dozen other breeds! You'd never guess it from her looks, but she’s got the husky tail and talkative personality to prove it. She’s the most loving, snuggly dog I’ve ever had and has a way of stealing hearts, especially when it comes to men (she loves hitting on my dates!). But honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. Millie’s love and loyalty have carried me through some of my hardest days. I don’t know what I’d do without her. She’s not just a dog — she’s my lifeline, my dogter, and I’m so lucky to have her by my side.
