Marley was discovered by a group of dedicated TNR volunteers as a kitten in a park at the steps of the California State Capitol building - a true Capitol Cat! He loved catnip, his scratching post and belly rubs. He knew several words including "treats" and even his vet was amazed by how smart he was. When he was 15 1/2 I was heartbroken to learn he had advanced kidney disease. He died just 1 year later. He was a loving sweet calm funny boy who lives in my heart every day.
