Cat's Story or Bio
Before moving in with me, Birdie spent most of her life in-between PetSmart and a foster home. But I knew right away when I met her that she was going to be the best friend I could have. Birdie is the happiest and friendliest cat I’ve ever met. All she does is purr! She meets me at the door every day when I come home with a tiny meow and an insistence on head scratches. She’s flown on planes and stays at her “cat hotel” when I’m out of town. She’s so popular there! She chases sunlight, is a bug catcher (thank god!), she tucks herself into bed every night right under the covers, she has her spots, she is curious about human food, and always leaves a toy in her water dish. I’ve always said Birdie is just happy to be here, and by the amount of purring she does I think it’s confirmed! She chose me when I was grieving the loss of my first cat who passed suddenly and unexpectedly. We saved each other. 🥹
