Frost is a FCN alumni. Frost was taken in by FCN after being hit by a car. He is missing a back leg but you would never know it by the way he acts. He has his own wheel to run on and enjoys hanging out on Mommy's lap in the evening. He also loves chasing his cat brothers and sisters around the house.
