All my life I've wanted to be a Veterinarian. I attend science/animal camp every summer in Missouri. I get to observe Veterinarians, take care of farm animals, small animals and exotics. One of the great things the camp offers is pet adoptions. Several years ago they had this kitten named Anna and I knew I needed to be her mom! I emailed my mom constantly about her and she saw her pictures but I just knew my parents would say no, we already had enough kitties. I was sad when my parents picked me up because we signed out, retrieved my bags and headed to the car to drive home without sweet Anna. When we got in the car ready to go my parents had the talk about me being responsible for Anna and that I had to take care of her litter box, food and water. If I agreed I could have her. Turns out my mom had paid for her adoption, made sure she was healthy to join our kitties at home and knew several days but kept it a secret. To this day Anna is my cat and she is super mischievous. My parents say she's a bad cat even though they love her, but when she gets in trouble I get in trouble too because I'm her mom! I can wait to finish high-school and go to Texas A&M to be a Veterinarian. My mom's sure going to miss Anna when we go to Texas.
