I love my rescue pet...
Shilo is my puphew(nephew) belonging to my sister and her husband. After the loss of their beloved dog Smokey, they were heartbroken. Eventually they were able to open their hearts to another dog , a rescue dog that was in need of a home and people to love and in return he helped heal the void they were experiencing. He was a beautiful puppy but came with a warning from the Lucky Dog rescue...”not sure what breed, but he’s gonna be a big boy, whoever takes him needs to be aware of that” challenge accepted!! That warning became a reality, Shilo is now 85 pounds of love! My sister and her husband are very dedicated to their dog training and between that and Shilo’s natural awesome personality he is a well behaved, loving dog who is a joy to be around. Shilo loves his daily walks exploring nature, keeping them all in good shape. (another bonus to owning a dog!) Shilo provides a lot of company for my brother in law who is retired, Shilo is never far from his side, supervising whatever projects he is working on out at the barn, the yard or at the computer. My sister is a professional musician and Shilo loves laying under the grand piano listening to beautiful classical music(not a bad gig for a dog!) He really is a valued member of the family, providing countless hours of love and companionship.(the picture is the day he was adopted, love at first sight!)
