Why do you love your rescue pet?
Where to start?!? I got Chloe when she was 4 or 5 and covered in fleas and sores from being kept outside. Her next stop was going to be the shelter and I can’t believe everyday how lucky I am to have connected with her. She loves to do everything I do. She is gentle and kind with people and most other animals. We have made it through a Pandemic, a move following a break up and all the in between craziness. Her love for me is as obvious as if she were talking. She gets me through my low days and joins me on my good days. She has helped me become more active physically as well as socially. The only regret I have is not getting her sooner! She is amazing!
