Why do you love your rescue pet?
Addie is a survivor, she was heartworm positive when she was adopted by our family. Her previous owner left her tied up outside 24/7 without adequate shelter or care. She’s been very fearful of loud noises, thunder storms & fireworks. She’s come a long way, but a calm, peaceful environment has helped her heal. Since 2019, she’s had 3 surgeries for various types of cancer. Thanks to the love, support and excellent care from our family, her medical team and kennel friends, Addie is doing well and living her best life in her forever home.
