FIDO’s core mission is to find alternatives to continuous chaining of dogs. Our clients want the best for their dogs but sometimes need a little help providing safe enclosures to help their dogs live their best lives. That is where our fence program comes in. Of the many services FIDO offers, our fence program is one of the most in-demand. One of our goals for 2024 is to reduce the wait time for fence projects. You can help us make that happen. By sharing your story of true love for your rescue pet and voting for your favorite furry valentines, you can help us free dogs from the chains that confine them.
Our goal is to raise $10,000. We have had a generous donor offer a $5,000 match when we reach our goal. $15,000 will help us fund nearly 40 fence projects in 2024. So, enter, vote, share and change lives!
Prizes
The photo/story receiving the most votes will have a FIDO vehicle named in honor of their pet including a photo featured on the vehicle for 2024.
The photo receiving the second highest vote count will have their photo featured on a FIDO vehicle for 2024.
The photo receiving the third highest votes will have their choice of either a pillow or blanket featuring their pet’s photo.
FIDO executive director, Darcie Kurtz will select her favorite photo and will be designated as “Darcie’s Choice”. This entrant will also receive their choice of either a pillow or blanket featuring their pet’s photo.
All entrants who receive 250-499 votes will receive a FIDO t-shirt and all entrants who received more than 500 or more votes will receive a FIDO sweatshirt.
All stories submitted become the property of FIDO and may be used in later marketing efforts.
