A little about me...
Shortly after my husband and I moved to Gainesville in 2018, a hurricane hit the Gulf, which meant there was an increase of displaced animals up for adoption. Unfortunately my husband was mildly allergic to animals, but I made a deal that if we fostered a cat for 2 weeks I would keep her to one room of the apartment so he wouldn't be effected. By day two, our hearts melted, we ordered allergy prescriptions, and we decided to keep Patty permanently. Which meant we had officially "Foster Failed"! Patty is a big sister to our dog Ginny, and hedgehog, Lil' Jerry. She loves taking naps in her floating window bed, thinking about treats, eating treats, begging for treats, bird watching, and more naps in different locations. If Patty had to pick her favorite human, it would certainly be her dad. October 27th will be the 3rd anniversary of her "Gotcha Day" and I can't think of a better way to celebrate!
