A little about me...
This is Sita—though pretty much everyone calls her “Sweet-a” because she’s just that sweet. She’s a 14-year-old greyhound with the gentlest soul I’ve ever known. My husband and I rescued her 10 years ago—completely randomly, outside of a PetSmart. We weren’t looking for a dog that day, but the universe clearly had other plans. And honestly, it ended up being one of the best things that’s ever happened to us.

Sita is pure love. She has this calm, quiet presence that makes you feel instantly at peace. She’s never met a person (or dog) she didn’t like, and she has the softest eyes and a little sugar face that has only made her more beautiful with age.

She’s not into toys or wild adventures—she’s more of a blanket-and-sunbeam kind of girl. She’s happiest when she’s curled up next to you, especially if there’s a cozy bed or couch involved. She’s brought so much comfort, joy, and love into our lives, and she’s been there through so many of our chapters.

Sita may be getting older, but she’s still the sweetest girl in the world. We feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across her that day, and even luckier to call her ours.
