**Meet Milo – A True Survivor and the Heart of Our Home**

Milo’s journey began on the streets of the northeast side of town, where he was found abandoned, injured, and fighting to survive. He had a fractured pelvis, was dangerously underweight, and suffering from illness. On top of it all, Milo was born with only one eye.

From the moment we met him, we knew he deserved a second chance. We brought him home and made it our mission to get him all the medical care he needed. Slowly but surely, with love, attention, and a lot of patience, Milo began to heal—both physically and emotionally.

Today, Milo is thriving. He’s a spirited, affectionate member of our family who brings joy and laughter into our lives every single day. He has two dog sisters and a cat brother and sister, all of whom he lovingly torments in the most playful and mischievous ways. His personality is larger than life, full of resilience, love, and a touch of silliness that wins everyone over.

For a dog who had such a rough start, Milo is a testament to the power of second chances. He has overcome so much and continues to inspire us with his strength and sweet spirit. Milo would make a truly wonderful mascot and spokesdog—not just because he’s adorable, but because he represents hope, healing, and the beautiful transformations that happen when you give love a chance.
