A little about me...Beto was fostered locally in Gainesville by a dog rescue and adopted in 2018. He was fully harness-trained before his first birthday.
Beto is trilingual and speaks Spanish fluently.
He's very smart, which is annoying because we have to spell certain words around him. A world-famous alligator hunter by trade, he recently formed the first feline alligator hunters union after realizing he'd never been paid for his work in dollars. He is the only member.
Aside from keeping the streets of Gainesville safe from alligator crime, Beto's hobbies include: going for walks on-leash; eating grass and throwing it back up; watching his favorite YouTube shows ("birds" and "aquarium"); playing with lizards; licking plastic bags; drinking water from cups; answering the doorbell; napping in windows; opening drawers at 3AM in search of contraband; waking up humans who sleep through their alarms; and interacting with his many fans. He is highly social, but not very touchy-feely - likely stemming from early childhood abandonment issues and a rough-and-tough upbringing among rescue pups.
Beto believes in empathy, kindness, and equal rights for all (except alligators). VOTE BETO!
