A little about me...Betty Marion Ludden, known as Betty White, was an American actress and comedian who was a television pioneer for nearly seven decades. She was a TV personality in the 1950s and 1960s, and was known for her roles in sitcoms, game shows, and sketch comedy. White was the first woman to appear on television in 1939, and was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame. She was also a passionate animal advocate.
