Milo

A little about me...

🐾Meet Mr. Milo, aka “Lil Bean” “Mymy” “Bazooka Boy” 🐾

When I started my sophomore year of college, I felt the quiet weight of growing up settling in. Between long nights of chemistry, the pressure of pre-med courses at UF, and the constant hum of stress, I had always dreamed of having a dog, but for the first time, it didn’t feel like a wish. It felt like a need.

And then there was Milo.

The moment our eyes met, something shifted. There was a spark in his gaze—familiar, knowing—like somehow, we had already found each other once before. Before I could even process it, he closed the distance, covering me in warm, puppy-breath kisses, claiming me as his own. In that instant, I knew: he wasn’t just a dog I was choosing—he was the piece of my life I didn’t realize had been missing.

Three years later, I’ve had the privilege of being his mom, watching him grow into the heeler I always knew he could be. But truthfully, he’s the one who’s raised me, too.
Milo is my anchor. In the middle of chaos—classes, work, the overwhelming reality of adulthood—he brings me back to what matters. No expectations, no conditions, no pressure. Just love. Pure, steady, unwavering love. Whether we’re chasing sunsets at the beach, wandering trails, exploring new places, or simply ending the day with him curled quietly by my legs, he reminds me that the smallest moments are often the most meaninful.
