About Us

Focus on Ferals was formed in 2011 in an effort to reduce the homeless feline over-population through TNR, adoption, public awareness and education.  We are an all-volunteer organization serving both Franklin and Clinton County of New York who rescues and rehomes domesticated felines and traps-neuters-returns the feral felines.  We are an independent non-profit organization that is funded through public donations, fundraising and competitive grants.  All proceeds cover spay/neuter, veterinary and housing costs, as we are a no-kill rescue organization.
