Your Pet's Story or Bio
Bernie's mother (Betty) was rescued by us a little over 2 years ago. Within 1 week of rescue Betty gave birth to 2 live kittens who both had different degrees of Cerebellar Hypoplasia. Betty and 1 mild kitten, named Cami, were adopted together. We kept Bernie who was severely disabled. Bernie has improved drastically with love, patience and physical therapy. Bernie can now stumble/walk, eat and potty all by himself. Penny was rescued from a dire situation when she was 4 months old. Bernie and Penny also have 2 older rescued brothers, Hugo and Barry, who adore them very much.
