Oscar is from Minneapolis. He chose me when I was visiting a friend. He was one of a few males amid many female family members. Oscar wanted out of the hoarding situation. He wanted out, so we left together. Oscar’s roommate is an older dog named Abbey. He has peace and quiet until he decides he needs excitement.
