I saw Patches on pet finder and when I saw she was being adopted out at Pet Smart I told my husband I would really like to adopt her and he said if you want that kitten I will make sure we are there to do just that. We were there before she was..lol. We adopted her from Focus on Ferals in February. We were told she was very shy and timid and she was. She hid under the bed for a few weeks but with patience and lots of pets she is now very comfortable in her home and loves playing with her extra large brother Smokey. She likes to get pets and treats from mom and she snuggles against her dad’s legs on the footrest of his recliner sometimes in the evening. We are so happy to have her and give her the home she needed. She makes us laugh with her sassy little Tortitude. She is getting very spoiled…but we both were excited to be chosen as her adopters by the folks from Focus on Ferals so it was to be expected that she would be spoiled rotten..
