My name is Sally and I’m a 6 year old treeing walker coonhound. I came to FOHA from Southwest Virginia in 2020 with heartworms, 20 pounds underweight and had just given birth to 4 stillborn puppies. But FOHA rescued me and gave me the best care I could ask for, they even helped me find a wonderful foster family and I happily became a foster fail 8 months after coming to FOHA and beating heart worms.

Now that I’m healthy I like to go on hikes where I can sniff and howl as much as I want, stop at the restaurants near my house for puppuccinos, go on my weekly Wolfpack adventures where I get to swim in creaks and explore with my other dog friends and I LOVE to give hugs to anyone that will pet me, especially if it means treats for me! Thank you FOHA for helping me get healthy and finding me a happy forever home
