Balto was my faithful companion for nearly 12 years before he crossed the rainbow Bridge in 2020. Balto was a stoic yet quirky fella who loved chasing Ground Hogs, running in the snow & going for car rides! He was literally the best cross country driving companion as he never whined or barked, which was good because we moved from VA to WI and then TX over those 12 years. Balto love love loved to walk and since most of the places we lived didn't have a fenced back yard he got two walks a day. Over the course of those 12 years, he and I probably walked at least 12,000 miles together. He had the softest fluffiest fur ever and people would literally stop their cars in the street to tell me what a good looking dog I had. Thank you FOHA for saving my beautiful Balto!
