Foothills Animal Shelter makes life better for pets and people by supporting more than 8,500 shelter animals and thousands of pet owners each year. As an open admission facility and the only full-service animal shelter serving Jefferson County, we believe in creating the best outcomes for all animals that enter our care through pet adoptions, lost and found services, low-cost vaccinations, and microchipping. Our Better Together program preserves families when they are facing hardship.
