A little about me...Moshup’s story began in 2020 on the island of Okinawa, Japan, where he was found abandoned on a military base at just four weeks old, only days before a major typhoon struck the island. He was brought to a local shelter and soon came into our lives as a foster kitten—but it didn’t take long for him to become a permanent part of our family! Born with a rare condition that left him without eyelids, Moshup required extra care and was lovingly nursed back to health. Since then, he has traveled across the world alongside his three kitty siblings, living in Japan, Boston, and now Arizona. Named after the Martha’s Vineyard trail where his parents got engaged, Moshup’s name comes from a Native American folktale about a gentle giant—perfectly matching his sweet personality. His favorite things are shoes, naps, and anything sparkly.
