A little about me...We went to the rescue looking for a young female dog, but we walked out completely in love with Tanner (formerly Tandy). He was a terrified, shy puppy whose siblings had just been adopted, leaving him alone. What a difference love makes! Today, Tanner is the happiest pup alive, greeting every human and K9 friend with a wagging tail. He has a deep gratitude for life, which you can see in his eyes every time he gets a new toy. He adores his 15-year-old dog sister, wrestles with his 1-year-old sister, and catches serious air when he plays. Part deer and part "flying squirrel," Tanner is a sweet, simple boy who has completely captured our hearts and reminds us every day to love life!
