Lucy was adopted from PACC almost 4 years ago. When we first adopted her she obviously had had a rough life. She didn’t know what treats were, couldn’t walk on a leash, and had no idea how to play! Boy had she come a long way! She is now the ruler of the house and one pampered diva! She makes our life complete!
