Sammy is a PACC rescue from 2015. He had been returned twice before we brought him home because he had Tick Fever and was 30 pounds underweight.
When we walked him at PACC and sat down he reached up and put his paw on us as if to say, please take me home. So we did and it was one the best decisions we ever made. He is a model dog, patient, friendly, and an excellent boy.
