Chester came to PACC after being caught on the street with his little gang of doggie hoodlums. He’s a tough little guy with the heart of a true gentleman - we like to think of him as the Fonz of the doggie world. He’s sweet, cool, and can have the girls with a snap of his…ok maybe the analogy ends there. Anyway, we love him and his adorable eyebrows!! What a cutie!!!
