Axl Sprinklebelly had a hard start to life. Born to a sick momma, he and his siblings had to be bottle-fed. He was the only one of his litter mates to survive.
He was fostered until he found his forever home with two fur-siblings and two human siblings. Unfortunately, soon after his adoption he became sick with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). This disease is usually 100% fatal.
His mom and dad didn’t give up and found a special new treatment and medicine that could treat FIP. With 84 days of this treatment followed by 84 days of anxious observation, Axl beat FIP and grew into a beautiful rambunctious house panther.
His favorite things are getting Churu treats, sleeping belly up on his window perch, hiding in paper bag forts, eating the occasional cricket, playing fetch with hair ties, and kneading biscuits on fleece blankets.
