Nova was surrendered by his owners to PACC when he was 2 months old. Fortunately, Ruff Rescue found him there, and took him in. I had just lost a dog a few months before, and was looking for a playmate for my other small dog Howie. I was looking online, and couldn’t resist his cute face! The rest is history! He is the light in my life, as every day is a new and happy day to Nova!
