Pet's Story
Mila was adopted from FFGDR in the summer of 2015. She had a very rough start in life, being confined to a crate which was too small, in a garage, for 12+ hours each day for the first 2 years of her life. She came into the rescue extremely underweight, with open sores, and severe socialization issues.

Now, 8 months after being surrendered, she has become the most loving and affectionate addition to her new family. She has to be in contact with everyone when they sleep and loves to bury her head in "dad's" chest during the night. Mila is also taking obedience classes and seems to enjoy learning all sorts of new things, so long as they are accompanied with tasty treats!
