I lost my first Husky, Nashoba, in 2009 when he was 15. It took me a long time to get over the loss. I adopted Alaska 3 years ago (when he was 2 years of age). He had a lot of issues as a rescue ... and still working on them. I lost Nashoba which broke my heart ... but Alaska has the total opposite personality of Nashoba. I found Alaska and he found me. Alaska has shown me a new meaning of life after losing Nashoba. We are sweethearts and inseparable ... and he is so amazing.
