Comments/Description/Why Your Husky or Husky Mix Photo Should Win
This mix is (as I'm learning)is a designer breed...but this was an accidental pregnancy between a very young male mini aussy and a much older female white siberian husky. Our daughter's dogs had puppies and we decided to keep them in the family. 4 total in the litter but these 2 look nothing like the others. Though we were given plenty of warning about adopting littermates and especially this combination, we decided to give it our best!! They are 1 year and 4 months now, maybe just under a year old in this picture and the comments we get on a daily basis are remarkable as well as the offers for additional breeding etc... However they are both fixed and enjoy living in south Florida with us:)
They are as unusual as they are stunning, they are very different and even those that are familiar with these breeds, they still struggle at times to determine the mix.
I guess I think this photo should win because I've looked at many pictures on different sites and have never seen this look. Many of the Ausky's have a similar look but NONE like these two. I know everyone probably says that about their dogs right?
For the record, I think they are all incredibly beautiful and many look like their markings were painted on them.
