At 100 pounds of bravery (in theory), Baxter understands the real concerns facing our community: loud noises, sudden movements, unfamiliar people, familiar people, and the undeniable threat of cardboard boxes. His platform is built on empathy, caution, and immediately retreating from anything remotely alarming.

As mayor, he promises extreme vigilance, safe spaces for all (preferably behind furniture), and careful introductions to everything. Baxter believes courage isn’t the absence of fear, it’s wanting to lead anyway while hiding behind your owner.

His gentle heart, cautious spirit, and commitment to nervous side-eye make him uniquely qualified.
