Prizes

First Place "2022 #SAVEFURSYTH Pet of the Year" will be awarded to the contestant with the most votes at the close of the contest. The first-place winner receives:

• Recognition on the front cover and one month of choice inside the 2022 #SAVEFURSYTH Pet Calendar.
• Professional pet photo shoot with Desilu Photography at a to be determined date, time and location. Photography package includes studio plus one-hour at a local location (within 20 miles of Desilu Photography), a personal viewing session of the images and 5 digital files sized to be printed 8x10 or smaller. Two images from the professional photo shoot will be featured in the calendar -- one on the cover and one on the first place winner's month of choice.
• Hand-painted 12x16 portrait of your pet by Jimmydog Design Group.
• #SAVEFURSYTH branded items such as t-shirts and/or jackets (size dependent); Pet care items, such as shampoo and/or Forsyth Humane Society branded leash and collar.
• Three complimentary copies of the calendar.
• Tickets (2) to the Furr Ball Gala on September 25, 2021. (Assumes event held in person)

Second Place will be awarded to the contestant with the most votes after the first-place winner. The second-place winner receives:

• Recognition on the back cover and one month of choice inside the 2022 #SAVEFURSYTH Pet Calendar.
• Professional pet photo shoot with Desilu Photography at a to be determined date, time and location. Photography package includes 30-minute studio session (to capture calendar photo) plus another background (of winner's choice) either inside the studio or outdoors at studio location, a personal viewing session and 5 digital files sized to be printed 8x10 or smaller. Two images from the professional photo shoot will be featured in the calendar -- one on the back cover and one on the second-place winner's month of choice. 
• #SAVEFURSYTH branded items such as t-shirts and/or jackets (size dependent); Pet care items, such as shampoo and/or Forsyth Humane Society branded leash and collar.
• Two complimentary copies of the calendar.

There will be 10 third-place winners. Third Place will be awarded to the 10 contestants with the most votes after the second-place winner. Third-place winners receive:

• Featured pet for one month inside the 2022 #SAVEFURSYTH Pet Calendar (month to be selected by Forsyth Humane Society).
• Professional pet photo shoot with Desilu Photography at a to be determined date, time and location. Photography session includes 15-minute session (in studio or at location TBD by Desilu Photography), a personal viewing session and 2 digital files sized to be printed 8x10 or smaller. One photo from the professional photo shoot will be to be used inside the calendar on a month selected by Forsyth Humane Society.
• #SAVEFURSYTH branded items such as t-shirts and/or jackets (size dependent); Pet care items, such as shampoo and/or Forsyth Humane Society branded leash and collar.
• One complimentary copy of the calendar.

Contestants who receive 250 or more votes will be featured inside the calendar in our #SAVEFURSYTH Superstars Collage. 
In celebration of Forsyth Humane Society's 80th Anniversary, contestants finishing in the Top 80 will be featured on the FHS  Facebook page.
