Entering a Photo
- Only photos of cats and dogs are accepted.
- Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from the Humane Society of Forsyth County to be eligible to enter this contest.
- All animal entries must be adopted from a registered animal rescue or shelter. Proof may be requested if there is a concern.
- People are not allowed in your photo, only pets.
- All photos of cats must depict them in an indoor setting.
- We cannot accept Polaroids, photos with digital overlays, photo stickers or doodles, or any copyrighted photos.
- Contest participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to submit the photos being entered in the contest. By submitting to the contest, you affirm that you are the photographer, or have been given unrestricted use permission by the photographer, to include the photo.
- Photos must be high resolution (3650 pixels x 2740 pixels is preferred for printing purposes).
- Once entered, photos become the property of the Humane Society of Forsyth County to be used for print and marketing purposes.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Humane Society of Forsyth County (HSFC). We reserve the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest as solely determined by the HSFC. In the event the contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the HSFC which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the contest, the HSFC reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the 2017 HSFC Photo Contest. Should the contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, the HSFC reserves the right to pick the winners based on the entries received before the termination date.

Voting
- Online votes for photo entries must be submitted before March 31, 2017
*The ending time for the online voting portion will be solely determined by the host website's server, or the Humane Society's business clock if submitted in person.
Keep in mind your clock may differ from the clock that determines the ending time.
