Pet's Story or Bio
Sammy came to us about 8 years ago from Forte Animal Rescue. He was found along with his "brother" and we were fostering both of them. We were not sure we could take on 2 dogs while I was pregnant, so hadn't planned on adopting them together. However, when it was decided the dogs would be split for adoption, and someone quickly snatched up Sammy's brother, my heart broke. We immediately adopted Sammy. He is possibly the best dog I've ever had. He doesn't have a mean bone is his body. He is amazingly gentle and sweet. He is such a mush and prefers petting over nearly any other worldly thing, including food :) He's been amazingly patient with his human sister who loves to see him wearing decorative dish towels. :)
