A little about me...
I adopted Phoenix from the SPCA in January 2013. She wrapped her arms around me a purred right into my ear. I thought I had for sure found a cuddly cat. Little did I know she was a master deceiver. Cuddling only happens on her time, and as far away from your arms as possible so she can make her escape if needed. She does like to be in the same room as you, but loving you from afar is preferred.

Fast forward to a couple months ago, after fostering Luna and her siblings we adopted her. My husband had only agreed to fostering because I told him we wouldn't keep one. (My fingers may have been crossed on that promise). When the time came to relinquish the foster family back to the SPCA both my husband and I put in an application to adopt Luna behind the other's back. Needless to say she was the perfect fit for us. She loves love and cuddling.

Watching them together is better than Netflix. Luna has brought Phoenix to life with playing and we even see them cuddling from time to time, always Luna initiating of course. We can't wait to see what they will continue teaching each other.
