Rosie is from Tennessee. After losing my beloved Shih tzu. A friend had a litter of puppies, sent me a picture and said pick your puppy. This little bundle of fur keeps me on my toes. She has filled a hole in my heart and helped my other dog with her separation anxiety. I love that Rosie is full of so much energy but still has time for puppy cuddles.
