Nuggy was born with a condition called front-leg ectrodactyly.  I adopted him from Four Suns Shar Pei Rescue when he was a few months old and he never ceases to amaze me.  He is a pro in his wheels, full of mischief, and the happiest boy you’ll ever meet.
