Rescue Story (tell us about when and how your pet came into your life)
I lost my dog of 14 1/2 years and was feeling pretty low. I decided to go visit the dogs at the FVHA location at PetSmart in Green Bay to cheer me up. Hazel was the only dog that day that wanted to have my attention. It really was love at first sight. I scheduled a dog meet for the next day praying that my 10 year old border collie would be ready for a new addition too. The girls tolerated each other and I decided we would give it a try at home. The first night Hazel jumped right into bed with me and slept with her paw on my heart. She has found her forever home.

Pet's Favorite Things/Activities
Hazel’s favorite things are wrestling with her border collie sister Jillian, playing with her Wubba toys and tennis balls, and cuddling. She is the best cuddled in the world. She loves visits to Grandma and Grandpa’s house ( she gets lots of love and spoiling there too). She also enjoys playing and snuggling with my niece (15) and nephew (8).
