Mr. Biggs is a solid hunk of an English bulldog pug thing! He loves the water even though he only sinks, which is why his mom got him a life jacket. He will not go outside to potty without first being acknowledged and told what a good boy he is. Really! He won't go through the door until he is told! He is definitely personality plus...plus a serious stubborn streak to keep life interesting.
