Tell Us About Your Pet
This is Kacy, she was rescued 9 years ago from a high kill shelter by my mom. Due to her facial disfigurement, no one seemed to want her. From the moment my mom met her, it was love at first sight. Kacy jumped her lap and knew she was home. Kacy now lives with me, and I love her so much. I know my mom misses having her everyday, but she is unable to have a pet at her assisted living apartment.

What makes your pet unique or special?
She is sweet and lovable and loves to play and cuddle. Due to her facial disfigurement (no nasal openings) she does have a bit a snoring problem, but it really is cute. She has a great personality and loves to meet people.

What is your pet’s favorite hobby?
Sunbathing, playing with her stuffed toys and snoozing.

Why did you enter this contest?
To raise awareness that all dogs need a chance at a forever home, even those with special needs. They all deserve to be loved.

Why did you choose to support Frankie's Friends?
Frankie's Friends is such a worthy cause, they help families when they need it the most. I was also very fortunate to have met the namesake, Frankie, many years ago.

Why should people vote for your pet?
People should vote for Kacy to promote awareness, that not all dogs looks the same, and that despite her facial scars, she has a lot of love to give.
