Herschel or LBD (little black dog) is an 11 year old dapple doxie. He’s loves riding in the stroller on walks with his family, going on boat rides, mandatory snuggle time with his family and ALL the treats.

What makes your pet unique or special?
Herschel is one of a kind and makes our days brighter. He can look at you and you feel his adoration for you.

What is your pet’s favorite hobby?
Herschel loves to go on boat rides on the Suwannee River and paddle board with his parents in the Gulf of Mexico.

Why did you enter this contest?
Herschel was a recipient of assistance from Frankie’s Friends years ago as he needed a second back surgery in 6 months for his IVDD. Without that assistance he might not have been able to walk on his own again and we will forever cherish that.

Why did you choose to support Frankie's Friends?
Frankie’s Friends is near and dear to our hearts as we get to spend more time with our LBD. This organization has helped so many people and their fur babies and we hope that continues. We will forever be grateful for that assistance.

Why should people vote for your pet?
Herschel is the bestest dog in the world and would love all the votes (almost as much as all the treats). LBD would be a fantastic ambassador for Frankie’s Friends.
