Riley is a 12 year old Aussie Mix. We adopted him from a shelter in California in 2007. My husband was about to deploy when he locked eyes with our future family member. Closing time was quickly approaching for the shelter, and the final picks of the day were being made. He was nearly last. Riley was soon running and jumping around our house with a happy face once again. My husband deployed, but Riley didn't forget who saved him from the cement floors of the shelter. Upon his return, Riley behaved as if he'd never left. We have never met a gentler, more loving dog. Riley will be with us for a few more years, and we look forward to all of the memories we will be making with him. Thank you for being so amazing, Riley! WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!
