Your Pet's Story or Bio
Maya is a 2 yr old heeler/American bulldog mix. She was rescued in MA after 3 families gave her up. She was fear aggressive and showed signs of being abused. She has learned to trust again and has blossomed into a fun goofy girl. She likes to chase her tail, mimic sirens, and carry her own leash. She thinks if she licks the air she can maybe taste the food we are eating. Giving kisses is her specialty. She loves the water, but doesn't quite swim, instead she "free willys" by army crawling with only her head and tail above water. Her knick names are Gator (she likes to sprawl out on the floor and move her head around snapping at the air), and smoosh face. There is never a dull moment with her, she makes me laugh everyday. She has truly rescued me.
