We adopted Lucy Mittens in 2012 from a friend who adopted a pregnant cat--Lucy Mittens was one of those kittens. A month before our 18 1/2 year old cat had died and I missed having a cat. I fell in love with her at first sight--she has the softest fur I've ever felt on a cat. Lucy Mittens was feisty from the beginning--she ran around the house, climbed up the side of a wicker stand to reach the top and chased gum wrappers until they landed under the fridge. She's becoming much more loving as she's gotten older, she especially loves sitting in our laps on top of the newspaper we're trying to read! Lucy Mittens completes our fur baby family along with Gracie and Gigi!
