Felix, whose name means “Lucky”, was dumped near the shelter in Westampton in September 2014. He and two others were found, rescued, and adopted by 911 dispatchers. Felix quickly adjusted to his new family and is happy with big sister Cleo the Amstaff and his humans, Chris, Jen, & Savannah.
